The Best Employers for Healthy Lifestyles Award acknowledges and rewards those organizations that apply creative, comprehensive solutions to improving the health of employees, its more important purpose is to serve as a catalyst for action.

This application includes seven (7) required sections and one optional addendum, required only for companies applying at the Platinum level.
