Council on Employee Health and Productivity (CEHP)

As Employers, it is the mission of the National Business Group on Health's (BUSINESS GROUP) Council on Employee Health and Productivity (CEHP) to play a leadership role in proactively guiding the creation and implementation of programs, standardized metrics, policies, and legislation necessary to optimize employee health and productivity—while also generating industry-wide awareness and access to such programs for our membership.

Since being established in 2001, the CEHP has been involved in a number of projects and initiatives. The most significant of those initiatives was to create an industry-accepted set of standardized benchmarking metrics related to the health and productivity arena. The result of this initiative was the EMPAQSM benchmarking program.
